Please arrive five minutes before your appointment start time.

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the salon immediately and provide us with your arrival time. We will do everything we can to accommodate your appointment. Salon management's discretion will determine if and what portions of the service can be completed with the time remaining. The original service booked will be charged for even if it's determined we can only complete a portion of the service due to late arrival.

Arriving late may jeopardize the quality and safety of the service. Arrivals later than 5 minutes from the scheduled start time will, most likely, be considered a no-show and the missed appointment will be charged at the 50% service rate. Reschedules are not allowed for late arrivals and a new appointment will need to be booked. Both the missed appointment and the new appointment will be charged for.

Our stylist's livelihood depends on their scheduled appointments. As a reminder, our cancellation policy is 24 hours' notice. We do not allow rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended (no-show) will be charged at the 50% service rate. We do not make exceptions to this policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us immediately at (312) 285-2714.

If the appointment is booked within 24 hours of the start time, the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. A 15-minute grace period will be given in these cases of booking within 24 hours of the appointment start time. We will allow a reschedule only (not a cancellation) if you contact us within 15 minutes of booking the appointment.

If you are having any sort of retention issues after your service, please notify the salon within 2-3 days of your appointment so we can work with you to make your Nail experience outstanding. If we are told after 3 days from your service date, we will always work with you, we just will not be able to perform any services complimentary once we are past the 3-day window.

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons if you already have Nail extensions. Please notify the salon reception if you have extensions from another salon, the nail expert will evaluate the integrity/quality of existing extensions and they will require they be removed if the extensions are not according to That Colour Nails' standard of quality.
